REVIEW - PBKS Vs CSK
Thala- Mahendra Singh Dhoni playing his 200th game & in battle of Kings, Chennai Super Kings defeated Punjab Kings-comprehensively. Courtesy of two game changers- Deepak Chahar (4/13), a speedster from CSK & Ravindra Jadeja - a superman on field,impacting a run-out & two flying catches.He is arguably the best fielder in the world. It was an onslaught from men in yellow.
Punjab Kings lost the match in the power-play only. You can't expect to win after loosing almost half a side inside power-play. It was courageous effort of Shahrukh Khan(47) that helped Punjab Kings to play at least their quota of 20 overs - a thoroughly disappointing show by PBKS, but Shahrukh shown lot of promise. Bowlers shown lot of intent,intensity in the field. But,106 was never going to be enough.
Chennai Super Kings won the match by 06 wickets,but not the way they want it - almost 16 overs to score 107 & some rash shots by the batsman towards the end - not acceptable. Finally,a maiden victory of IPL14 to CSK.
